I found a little bit of my MOJO and cranked out a couple of cards for some of the challenges I have been missing out on.
My first card is "Best Witches" Tilda! I created her for the Copic Challenge at Simply Scrapping. The recipe called for a Halloween Card and it must use Orange and Black. I used Copics C9, C7, C5, C3, C1, and C00 for Tilda's dress, hat, and shoes. I used the gold Spica pen on the buckles and buttons. I also added straw sticks to the broom but they don't show up to well in this picture. The pumpkins are from Cindy Echtinaw's Design Stamps Of Stamping Scrapping that she operates with her darling husband Kevin and I colored these with YR09, YR07, YR15, and YR12. The sentiment Best Witches is also from Cindy's design stamps. I have to tell ya these are really high quality great stamps! You can get them at her store that she operates with hubby Kevin. The bat is printed and cut with my new Imagine! I adore this machine! I ordered it from the Premier on HSN and received it on September 22nd. My Imagine printed beautifully but would not cut so had to send it back for a replacement. Provocraft had this new Imagine sitting on my front porch two days after I shipped the other one back! Way to Go Provocraft!! I received it about a week ago and have just really started playing with it. Yesterday was the big update day in which the Imagine can now talk to the Gypsy however my Gypsy is at Provocraft as the cord connection was not working and you had to really twist the cord around and hold it without moving to get it to work. Hopefully, my new Gypsy will be here this week as it has been almost two weeks since I shipped it back.
My second card is from "I Hope You'll Dance" and image by Mo Manning and it called Mummu! Isn't she the cutest thing? I just love her! She makes me smile and just feel good all over. I have been running around the house singing "I Hope You'll Dance" all day long! LOL! "I Hope You'll Dance" was created for another Copic Challenge at Simply Scrapping in which the recipe called for coloring with grays, either hair or metal. I thought Mummu's gray hair would be perfect for this and really love the way she turned out! The music frame borders were printed with my Imagine however it was my first Imagine and I had to cut them out by hand! You wouldn't believe how much faster the new Imagine is compared to me spending hours cutting these out by hand! Amazing! I inked them up with Broken China Distress Ink from Tim Holtz. The roses are from Wild Orchid.
My next creation is "Ooooh Santa Baby" and my naughty angel "Lady Raven" is a digi from Kenny K! I absolutely adore his images! I think I have purchased almost all of them and can't wait for him to release more! LOL!! I created this card for a challenge at Color Me Creative Classroom Challenge in which the recipe called for us to color something and show that it is sheer. As you can see on her upper thigh the little skirt coming down is sheer and showing some gorgeous leg! LOL!
Last but not least is "Butterfly Kisses". I used the Imagine to print and cut out the butterfly sentiment and just love how it came out! My image is "Princess tu-tu" from Elisabeth Bell and her images are amazing!! I love them too! The papers are from DCWV the summer glitter stack, I think... The front of the paper pack has come off so I am not sure which one it is.
Thank you so much for stopping by my little blog and please leave a comment! It really makes my day when I find a comment!!
Praying for your family and mine!
Big Hugs!
